2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 541 of 2022 arising out of Sare P.S. Case No. 105 of 2022 dated 06.06.2022 lodged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the I.P.C.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 25.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 418 of 2023 bail petition of the petitioner was rejected with a liberty that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. He further submits that due to miscommunication this argument has come that the charge has not framed whereas charge has already been framed which is apparent from Annexure-4 of the petition.
4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31630 of 2023(2) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 for bail but submits that charge has already been framed.
5. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Assistant Sessions Judge-II, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Sessions Trial No. 541 of 2022 arising out of Sare P.S. Case No. 105 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C..
