JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that petitioner made an attempt to get herself appointed as a teacher on false claim that she qualified at Bihar Teacher Eligibility Test (BTET).

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that ultimately the petitioner was not appointed and she has been granted anticipatory bail (vide Criminal Miscellaneous No.41374/2015) in other case lodged with similar accusation, as the petitioner applied for three places for appointment on the basis of same document.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is unmarried girl,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1300 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2016 2/2 let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Birpur at Supaul in connection with Nirmali P.S. Case No.68/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
