The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018 dated 20.02.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 353, 504, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have created ruckus on road along with many other persons after the death of a minor girl in a road accident.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the because of the death of the daughter of one Radhey Shyam Paswan, local people got enraged and held a blockade on the main road. For the accident leading to the death, another F.I.R. vide Islampur P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25627 of 2018(2) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 Case No. 55 of 2018 has also been registered for investigation against the driver of the Maruti Car, which had trampled down the daughter of Radhey Shyam Paswan as referred to above.

Petitioner No. 1 is 80 years old.

Considering the general nature of accusation and the age of petitioner no. 1, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
