2. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by a detailed order dated 29-04-2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58807 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that fresh ground for reconsideration of earlier order is that there is no progress in the trial.

4. From perusal of record, it appears that charge has recently been framed on 07-06-2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, there is no ground for reconsideration of the earlier order.

6. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32858 of 2024(4) dt.23-07-2024 2/2 connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 237 of 2020 is again rejected.
