The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kurhani P.S. Case No. 45 of 2018 dated 01.02.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 504, 506, 427, 448 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that the petitioners are juvenile as they are students of Std. XI.

In that view of the matter the petitioners would be well advised to approach the Juvenile Justice Board for the needful.

Till the time they approach the Juvenile Justice Board, no coercive steps shall be taken against them.
