JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 11-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners were granted bail vide order dated 02.11.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 48161 of 2015 on the condition that the court below would examine the injury report and if the injuries are not serious and on vital part of the body, they would be released on bail furnishing bail bonds. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 02.11.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 48161 of 2015 is modified to the extent "not serious" would mean "not grievous". Time granted for surrender of the petitioners is extended by further two weeks.
