2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 76, 351(2), 352, 303(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. It is alleged that these petitioners assaulted on the head of informant by means of knife.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Allegation against petitioners is general and omnibus.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28576 of 2025(2) dt.14-05-2025 2/2 Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the nature of accusation and simple injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Kalyanpur P. S. Case No. 408 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
