Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 123 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 467, 471, 120B of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner took admission in B. Ed. Course for the Session 20022003 in Doon International University, Raipur, Chhatisgarh and passed out in the year 2003, whereas the recognition of the said University was cancelled with effect from 20.07.2004, and as such, the same will not affect his degree. Petitioner's document is genuine and not at all a forged one. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6424 of 2017 (3) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No.123 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
