The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner or the house. Recovery made from open filed of the village. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
