Having regard to the limited nature of direction in the order passed by this Court on 17.04.2013 in C.W.J.C. no. 11378 of 2012, when Mr. Satyam Shivam Sundaram, learned counsel for Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board has submitted that an inspection was carried out on 18.5.2013 and the school was not found in existence, this Court is not inclined to proceed further in the contempt matter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits

Patna High Court MJC No.2381 of 2014 (3) dt.04-09-2015 that no communication has been given to the petitioner. This Court would, accordingly, direct the Secretary to the Board to send a communication to the petitioner with regard to aforesaid inspection.
