That the present writ petition has been preferred before this Hon'ble Court for issuance of writ, writs, order, orders, direction, directions to the learned court below early hearing of the Title Suit No. 288 of 2013, preferred by respondent Ram Bharosa Singh and others in which notice was issued on 06.12.2013 to the petitioners and others and the petitioners and others had already filed written statement in Title Suit No. 288 of 2013 and the matter is pending and almost the pleading is complete on 23.07.2014 and the same is pending before the
Patna High Court CWJC No.9643 of 2024(2) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 Court of Sub Judge-III, Danapur, Patna, due to the motivated reasons applied by the respondent Ram Bharosa Singh and others. And further be pleased to pass such other order, or orders as your Lordship may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case for expediting the Title Suit (T.S) 288 of 2013 as the matter is pending before learned Court below from 2013 and petitioner is facing hard financial, mentally and harassment."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the learned Court of Sub-Judge 3rd, Danapur, Patna, for expediting the proceedings of the pending Title Suit No. 288 of 2013. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
