2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-309(4)/3(5) B.N.S. 2023.

3. It is alleged that in course of returning home after collecting dues amount of Rs. 3,23,090/- from the shopkeepers, in the way, four persons riding on two motorcycles, intercepted him and snatched away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing was recovered from his possession and except confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. The petitioner is under incarceration since 25-02-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26729 of 2025(2) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 2025. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Kadirganj P.S. Case No. 31 of 2025.

7. Before accepting the bail bonds, the criminal antecedent of the petitioner shall be verified and if, it is found that he is involved in any other case except the case(s), mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition, his bail bonds shall not be accepted.
