JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 06-10-2016 The sole ground on which the writ application is dismissed is that the petitioner is a retiree of the year 2000. He was an employee for more than 30 to 35 years and after more than 15 years he has filed a writ application looking for the benefit of pension from an organization where there was no provision for pension.
In the above circumstances, the Court will not rise merely at the asking of the petitioner for the benefit which he knew all along is not available. Merely because a decade and half has passed it does not make his case any better than what it was at the
Patna High Court CWJC No.898 of 2016 (4) dt.06-10-2016 time of his superannuation in the year 2000.
Writ is dismissed for the reasons indicated above. (Ajay Kumar Tripathi, J) Surendra/- U
