2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered in connection with Vishali P.S. Case No. 509 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 448, 354, 307, 504 and 34 of the I.P.C. and read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the petitioner who is a criminal and has antecedent of one case and he is alleged to have fired at the injured causing injury on his neck. The said submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant is not rebutted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. As such, the court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the

4. Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of the anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
