Learned counsel for the opposite party having filed show-cause reply has taken a stand that the direction of this Court in the order dated 22.7.2013 in CWJC No. 17887 of 2012 has already been complied.
This Court would find that the copy of the show-cause reply has been served on Mr. Satish Chandra Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner, on 11.4.2015 and there is no denial to the averment made in the show-cause reply.
That being so, this Court will have to now hold that
Patna High Court MJC No.3513 of 2014 (2) dt.08-09-2015 this contempt application, on account of compliance of the order, has become infructuous but, then, nothing said in this order shall come in the way of the petitioner in seeking appropriate remedy that may now become necessary on account of the order passed by the authority.
With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
