This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Basantpur (Lakari Nabiganj O.P.) Police Station Case No.268 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that about 264 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from a car. The petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2023.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing six months of judicial custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Excise Court, Siwan, in connection with Basantpur (Lakari Nabiganj O.P.) Police Station Case No. 268 of 2022.
