2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1307 of 2022, arising out of Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 112 of 2019 lodged under Sections 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C..

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has earlier moved for regular bail before this Court in Criminal Misc. No. 13020 of 2022 which was rejected on 10.08.2022. Thereafter, the present case has been filed in which progress report has been called for.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, therefore, bail petition of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

7. Liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail after nine months from the date of passing of this order.
