The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 353 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that there was mutual scuffle between the supporters of present Mukhiya and former Mukhiya. On protest, the petitioners and others blocked the road. It is submitted that the petitioners are lady. No specific allegation is made against them. There is a counter version being Mahila P.S. Case No. 47/2016 against the present
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41300 of 2016 (2) dt.06-10-2016 2/2 Mukhiya and his men. The present case has been lodged at the instance of the present Mukhiya.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 93/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
