The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 48 of 2017 (S. Tr. No.394 of 2017) registered under Section 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the serious nature of allegation made in the first information report in which the petitioners are named as assailants, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26376 of 2018 (2) dt.04-05-2018 In case the petitioners surrender and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
