2. This writ application has been filed for quashing the office Memo No. 8459 dated 27.12.2023 jointly issued by Respondent Nos. 6 & 7 whereby this petitioner along with other teachers has been granted retrospective promotion in graduate trained pay scale from 31.12.2008 and to command the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7112 of 2024(2) dt.21-11-2024 2/2 respondents to revise the date of promotion.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks disposal of the petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the District Education Officer, Muzaffarpur (Respondent No. 6) with all the supporting documents within a period of six weeks from today.

4. If such, representation is filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time period, Respondent No. 6 shall dispose of the same, after hearing the parties, by a speaking and reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.

5. Writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
