The petitioner filed this Criminal Miscellaneous for modification of the order dated 19.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.42051 of 2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 19.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.42051 of 2017 and directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order but the petitioner could not surrender in the court below within the aforesaid period on the ground that the petitioner fell ill as he was suffering from jaundice. The petitioner was advised for complete bed rest. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10249 of 2018 (2) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 allowed and the order dated 19.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.42051 of 2017 is modified to the extent that the period of surrender of the petitioner be extended for further three weeks from today.
