The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dulhinbazar P.S. Case No. 294 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who are of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has been made accused in this case merely on the confessional statement of the co-accused, Shiv Shankar Singh.
