JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2022 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to add the Circle Officer, Lakhisarai as party respondent no. 6 to the present writ petition. Permission so sought is granted. The needful be done during the course of the day.

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ petition is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to remove the encroachment of Kaniram Khetan High School, occupied by (1) Ram Preet Thakur son of Late Mahaveer Thakur (2) Vijay Thakur son of Late Ram Dhani Thakur (2) Asharfi Thakur son of Ram Dhani Thakur and constructed shops on the occupied land of said school who have

Patna High Court CWJC No.7694 of 2022(2) dt.05-12-2022 2/2 lost the case vide order dated 29.04.2013 in Title Suit No. 22/94 in the Court of Munsif, Lakhisarai and no execution case has been filed by any one in their regard."

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 6 for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
