2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable in connection with Yadavpur P. S. Case No.193 of 2022 under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. read with section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. As per the prosecution, the FIR has been lodged against 6 named accused persons including the petitioners against whom there is allegation of 304B/34 of the I.P.C.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33420 of 2024(2) dt.26-06-2024 2/2 petitioner are innocent and have committed no offence. He submits that antecedent of the petitioners are clean.
5. Counsel further submits that they are neither husband nor family member of husband of the deceased rather they are separate pattidar (neighbour) who are living in mess and their house are separated from deceased family. They are basically relative and pattidar residing in the same village.

In the present facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Yadavpur P. S. Case No.193 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
