2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 352, 303(2), 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 37 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. Petitioner is alleged to have created nuisance in intoxicated condition.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant and petitioner are close door neighbours and due to petty dispute, this false and concocted case has been lodged. There is delay of 01 month and 03 days in lodging the present case, which itself creates doubt on the veracity of the case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge 2nd, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Shastrinagar P.S.
