Grievance of the petitioner is that by a general notice, after giving three days time, he is being forced out of the railway land on which he is running the stone chips, sand and coal business right from the 1977.
However, learned counsel for the railways points out that the petitioner himself in his representation has stated that if time is given, he will vacate the premise. But learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even this is not given by the railway authorities and upon his representation also, no decision has been taken.
