2. This writ application has been filed for quashing of the Notice dated 28.01.2023 issued by the Additional Collector, Khagaria (respondent no. 2) for Zamabandi Cancellation Proceeding bearing Case No. 295/2022-23 against the petitioners.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the Competent Authority.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. If such an application is filed within a period of four weeks' from today, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law by a speaking and reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
