2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents for making payment of Rs. 4,83,030/- with interest as a charge of training given by them on the direction of the Block Development Officer, Harlakhi, Madhubani.

3. At the very outset, this Court takes note that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.972 of 2016 dt.10-04-2018 2/2 petitioners have enclosed a copy of the letter dated 31.03.2015 (Annexure-9) issued by the District Rural Development Agency, Madhubani in which reference has been made to an order of the District Magistrate dated 07.12.2013 and pursuant to which all the claims of the petitioners under Skill Development Training were rejected as far back as on 14.12.2013 itself. Such order has however not been challenged by the petitioners in view of which no relief can be granted.

4. The writ petition stands dismissed.
