The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kadwa (Baliya Belon) P. S. Case No. 169 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 447, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the fact that there is case and counter case and the members of the prosecution party sustained simple injuries, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59318 of 2017 (3) dt.20-12-2017 2/2 satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in Kadwa (Baliya Belon) P. S. Case No. 169 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today.
