The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 110/2009, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. Prayer for anticipatory bail petition of the petitioners was earlier rejected vide order dated 04.08.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. 24394/2010.

It is submitted that thereafter the informant compromised the case and on the basis of which the husband of the deceased was acquitted.

The anticipatory bail petition of the petitioners was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41430 of 2016 (2) dt.22-11-2016 2/2 rejected, but it appears that petitioners even after rejection of their anticipatory bail petition, did not surrender for six years in the court below, on this ground alone the petitioners do not deserve anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioners is rejected.
