1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, very fairly submits that charges have been framed, trial has commenced and witnesses are being examined.
3. The learned APP for the State, Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad, thus, submits that since charges have been framed and trial has commenced, as such, the Court should not interfere in the trial at this stage.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned APP for the State, the Court is not inclined to entertain the quashing application.
