Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 49802 of 2017, which was rejected vide order dated 19.12.2017 (Annexure-1).

Learned counsel submits that there is admitted land dispute between the parties. There is case and counter case between the parties and the accused persons of the other case has been granted regular bail by this Court.

There is no fresh ground warranting reconsideration of the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail. The same is, therefore, rejected.
