The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that CWJC No. 7335 of 1996 was filed against the order passed by the Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur on 12.04.1996 in Mutation Revision case No. 118/1992-93. It is further submitted that Mutation Revision case No. 117 and 118/1992-93 were heard

Patna High Court CWJC No.7279 of 1996 (18) dt.13-04-2018 2/2 together and disposed by common order dated 12.04.1996 passed by Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur. The petitioners filed CWJC No. 7279 of 1996, present writ petition, against the order dated 12.04.1996 passed in Mutation Revision case No. 117/1992-93 and CWJC No. 7335 of 1996 was filed against the order dated 12.04.1996 passed in Mutation Revision case No. 118/1992-93 but unfortunately the present writ petition was not heard analogously with CWJC No. 7335 of 1996 and CWJC No. 7335 of 1996 was allowed vide order dated 23.04.2015 and the order passed by Commissioner, Tirhut Division dated 12.04.1996 passed in Mutation Revision case No. 117 and 118/1992-93 is set aside. Therefore, this writ petition has already been disposed by vide order dated 23.04.

2015 passed in CWJC No. 7335 of 1996. Since this writ petition has already been allowed vide order dated 23.04.2015 passed in CWJC No. 7335 of 1996, no formal order is required to be passed in this case. Let records of this case be kept along with CWJC No. 7335 of 1996.
