ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No.11 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, which is pending in the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Sitamarhi. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased lady and the body of the deceased was cremated in undue haste, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
