JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 25-04-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned A.P.P. for the State.
In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 439 of 2017 for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 324, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C and section 27 of the Arms Act.
In the FIR specific allegation is against Dharmendra Das to cause fire arm injury to the informant, against the petitioners there is omnibus and general allegation for ploughing the land of the informant.

No.24431 of 2018 (2) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioners, in case of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M, Sherghati (Gaya) in connection with the aforementioned case, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
