SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-10-2015 In the light of the order of the Writ Court dated 09.02.2012 and the contempt Court dated 06.10.2015 Director, Science and Technology has undertaken to make payment to the petitioners the arrears of Late Sone Lal Mandal until 24.10.2002 the date till which he worked in J.M.I.T., Darbhanga. In view of the undertaking given by the Director, Science and Technology the rule of contempt issued in this matter is discharged and the matter is disposed of. Let petitioners appear before the Director, Science and Technology on 07.11.2015 when demand draft of the amount payable to Sone Lal Mandal shall be handed over to his son Ram Sagar Mandal with calculation chart after deducting the income tax.
