In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No.411 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 447, 384, 504, 506, 427 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that the petitioner and others have entered into the campus of the school and started assaulting his son and daughter-in-law by lathi and pistol. On protest, they damaged the motorcycle of his son and went away giving threaten to kill entire family members.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26183 of 2019(2) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the F.I.R. the motive has not been assigned and no injury has been found in the body of the informant. However, the manner in which the petitioner and others entered into the campus of the school and threatened the family members of the informant, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioners surrenders before the Court below within three weeks from today and pray for regular bail, the Court below will consider the same and pass appropriate order without being influenced by the order of this Court.
