Petitioner is an accused in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case . It is further submitted that only one mobile has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.02.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bail bond to the satisfaction of Chief
