After some arguments, Mr. Verma, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the order of cancellation of his license before the appellate authority.

Should he prefer such an appeal before the appellate authority within a period of thirty days, it shall be taken up for
