Counsel for the petitioner has produced certain original documents in relation to his fact of being a student of Intermediate from Kaji Ahmad Inter College, Jale, Darbhanga for the year 19982000. Since the Examination Board and the authorities are a better judge of those certification and its authenticity, irrespective of what emerges in the counter affidavit, the Court is willing to give an opportunity to the petitioner to present his case before the Chairman of Bihar School Examination Board, who shall personally look into the matter; call for the necessary records; verify the authenticity; and let the petitioner know as to the status of such certification, mark-
