JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No. 232 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 309, 304, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in-laws of the persons who has instigated to commit suicide or to cause death.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to allow the anticipatory bail of the petitioners, in the event of arrest they shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the
