No.9030 of 2014 seeking direction to the respondents to make payment of arrears of salary from October, 2012 till date. The writ petition was disposed of on 15.05.2014 with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation raising her grievance before the District Education Officer, Patna, who would

A show-cause has been filed by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Patna (Opposite Party No.5) stating that a sum of Rs.2,34,000/- has been paid in her account on 13.06.2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed rejoinder to the show-cause stating that all the dues have not been paid. The petitioner would submit a chart explaining the amount, which was due on 15.05.2014 before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Patna, who would duly address the said grievance within a period of three months. This application stands disposed of.
