This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 27.02.2018 passed in S.Tr. No. 137 of 2001 (arising out of Mohammadpur, P.S. Case No. 02/2001 on behalf of the informant for offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 447 read with 34 of the IPC.

The Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj is directed to get the Doctor and the Investigating Officer concerned examined in Sessions Trial No. 137 of 2001 within four weeks of receipt of copy of this order.
