JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH) 30-08-2025 We find from the records that a letter dated 29.07.2025 has been sent by the Superintendent of Police, Purnea to this Court, wherein it has been mentioned that the sole appellant of the present appeal, namely Rajesh Kumar Yadav @ Rajesh Yadav @ Pappu Yadav, has died and in proof thereof, he has annexed the report of the Officer In-Charge, Kasba Police Station, Purnea dated 28.07.2025, who has also stated that the sole appellant of the present appeal, namely, Rajesh Kumar Yadav @ Rajesh Yadav @ Pappu Yadav has died.

2. We do not find any reason to doubt the aforesaid factum of death of the sole appellant, hence the aforesaid appeal, bearing Criminal Appeal (DB) No.93 of 1998, stands abated.
