The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Co-accused Pinku Kumar Singh was married with Bebi Kumari in the year 2006. Subsequently, Pinku Singh developed love affairs with Arti Kumari, the younger sister of Bebi Kumari, and he was living with Bebi Kumari also as husband and wife. Allegation is that as Arti Kumari was murdered by her in-laws including the petitioners.

Submission is that the petitioners are parents and

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna/Successor Court in connection with Agamkuan Police Station Case No.291 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
