JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to file an appeal under Section 52 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 against the impugned order dated 30.04.2015 passed by the learned Principal Judicial Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Muzaffarpur in GR No. 4382 of 2014 corresponding to TR No. 510 of 2015 whereby cognizance under Sections 302 and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code has been taken against the petitioner, who is a juvenile.
