JUSTICE SOURENDRA PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 25-06-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents/State.
2. The petitioner has filed present writ application seeking following reliefs :
(I) For issuance of an appropriate writ/orders, directions directing and commanding the concerned respondents to dispose of the representation dated 18.09.2021 filed by the petitioner for measurement of his private land which is situated at Thana No.
115, Khata No. 99, Khesra No. 200, Mauza-
Patna High Court CWJC No.8010 of 2022 dt.25-06-2026 2/3 Bajirpur, Area- 38 1⁄2 decimal, DistrictNalanda. (II) For any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in the eye of law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is primarily aggrieved by the fact that his representation for measurement of his private land as detailed in the writ application, has not been considered by the concerned respondents. It has been submitted that more than five years have lapsed however, the Circle Officer Biharsharif, Nalanda, has not taken any cognizance of such application and even no measurement has been carried out.
4. Learned AC to AAG-12 submits that the petitioner had even approached the Public Grievance Redressal Forum for redressal of his grievances however, the application of the petitioner as well as his appeal has been dismissed.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in rebuttal, submits the he shall be satisfied if the present writ application be disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, Biharsharif, Nalanda, to get the private land of the petitioner measured and demarcated.
6. Considering the aforesaid submissions and taking
Patna High Court CWJC No.8010 of 2022 dt.25-06-2026 3/3 into account the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied only if his land be measured and demarcated, this writ application is disposed of directing the Circle Officer, Biharsharif, Nalanda, to accept a fresh representation along with other formalities, through online mode also, filed by the petitioner and carry out the measurement and demarcation of the private land of the petitioner on the basis of documents of title presented by him. The said exercise be carried out within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order/judgment.
7. Present writ application is disposed of accordingly.
