The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 175/2015, filed for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner got executed a sale deed in favour of his son-in-law and only Rs. 9,000/- was paid to the informant. Rs. 1,00,000/- was not paid to the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of execution of the sale deed, Sub-registrar enquired about the payment of consideration amount. No consideration amount is lying due against the petitioner.

It appears that the dispute is of civil nature. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above
