The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 167 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 447, 448, 454(A), 354(B), 354(D), 384, 504, 506 and 509/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 66 of the Information Technologies Act pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present. Thee is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Further he contended that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23918 of 2020(5) dt.26-11-2021 2/2 opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that petitioner is named in the first information report. There is direct allegation against the petitioner. Hence, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected.
