None appears on behalf of the petitioner although the State is present and has brought attention of this Court to the show-cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no.5, the District Education Officer, East Champaran, Motihari, by which it has been submitted that pursuant to the letter no.728 dated 11.04.2023 passed by the opposite party no.5, the payment shall be made to the petitioner immediately.

It is his categorical submission that the same can be recorded that the entire payment has been made. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner is not present, the word of the State counsel Mr. Prabhat Ranjan Singh, AC to AAG-13 is recorded and in that backdrop, the contempt petition is disposed of.
